PWC Tower

CityLife Development / Studio Daniel Libeskind

The building features a curved volume with a concave façade stepped to the South and convex to the North. The tower's exterior includes obliquely inclined bands with a 400 mm thickness comprising photovoltaic panels framed in glass, approximately 400 square meters overall, alternating with anodized aluminum grid panels. Its quadrangular plan, with the long sides to the South and North, is slightly rotated towards the East. Office floors range from the first to the 28th floor, with the 27th floor hosting a double-height office and conference room. The office layout varies slightly on each floor to add dynamism while maintaining consistent organization. The Core houses eight elevators, divided into two blocks for different floors, along with stairs and bathrooms. It maximizes space flexibility, even for multi-tenant setups, and runs the full height of the building. The Core consists of two symmetrical blocks, A and B, with asymmetrical escape room locations. The Crown, the tower's upper part, features a glass structure that completes the building's design, housing cooling towers, lifts, and maintenance systems while maintaining the tower's spherical concept. For cleaning and maintenance, a Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) system is installed at level 30.
