It is a portion of the office complex currently under transformation and located along the Bassi Business District. It is redeveloped and transformed, taking the shape of a prism. The project involves the conservation of part of the structure which will however be shaped to take on the new shape. The volumes are distributed differently, and the building are made transparent. The design alterations leading to the building's new morphological configuration include incorporating the basement surface into the gross floor surface calculation, excluding perimeter walls to effectively increase usable area, conforming to regional regulations. Internally, spatial organization is reimagined. The ground floor is partially lowered to street level, enhancing physical and visual connectivity with the city, and providing access to retail and office entrance areas from multiple street entrances. Office floors undergo substantial transformation, optimizing elevator and restroom placement to preserve open workspaces and minimize façade impact. Starting from the sixth floor, inclined and rotated façades create large, partially covered terraces for office staff use during breaks. An internal courtyard serves as a user space and a buffer between the city and office areas. Accessible directly from the courtyard via a dedicated entrance leading to the entrance hall, it features a system of stairs and ramps overcoming the height difference between street and mezzanine levels. This three-dimensional configuration accommodates green spaces and pools, fostering moments of relaxation and social interaction.
