A multi-storey car park within West Gate, provides 1,500 parking spaces over 7 levels, including a basement. It serves as a nexus for various functions and aims to enhance connectivity within the area and beyond. MoLo, positioned at the end of Decumanus, acts as a focal point for visitors arriving from Rho and adjacent routes. It integrates with the surrounding urban fabric through its permeable design, facilitating interactions between public and private spaces. The building's architecture and infrastructure are designed to serve the site's needs. Alongside parking spaces, it houses facilities such as an energy center, a supermarket, offices, and laboratories. Sustainable features include rooftop plant components and green areas on the sixth floor. Accessibility and permeability are prioritized, manifesting as a ground-level gallery that enhances connectivity with external and internal roads, public transport, and neighboring areas. This design element also offers panoramic views and contributes to the area's overall revitalization. Symbolizing the building's identity, a metal staircase frames the gallery, contrasting with MoLo's predominantly horizontal façade characterized by open parking levels, planters, and illuminated greenery.
