The goal of the development is to create and nurture an entrepreneurial environment for the socio-economic growth of the country, aiming to establish itself as a European hub of global significance. This involves a focus on scientific and technological advancement, facilitating the exchange between research and business, and engaging society and the local community. The project revolves around several central elements: spaces dedicated to work and innovation, residential areas, healthcare facilities, and transportation infrastructure. These components are interconnected by a shared ground level, strategically designed to promote pedestrian and slow mobility. This ground level includes the first 10 meters of building height and the public realm system between them, serving as a communal space where nature seamlessly integrates with urban structures. This integrated space facilitates social interaction and collaboration within a vibrant urban setting, offering amenities such as halls, laboratories, restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, squares, transparent structures, informal gathering spots, trees, parks, sports facilities, and buildings dedicated to research and innovation.
