The intervention emphasizes the original shapes and lines of the building, removing internal additions and ensuring compliance with modern safety and sustainability standards. The design showcases reinforced concrete trusses and enhances the verticality of the façade. Technological and structural research informs the envelope, achieving maximum transparency and internal brightness. The façade on Via Tortona features a glass structure with vertical bronzed metal pilasters. The interior spaces, revamped to accommodate new functions such as showrooms and a Digital Lab, are bright and comfortable, with green areas for relaxation and informal meetings. The project adheres to LEED quality and sustainability standards, with a Gold rating. The Digital Factory contributes to the revitalization of the surrounding urban area, transforming it from a peripheral environment to a vibrant hub integrated into the city's social fabric.
