LOC serves as a pivotal point connecting various urban axes converging at Piazzale, completing the Corso Buenos Aires – Padua – NoLo route. It aims to revitalize the area sustainably by offering a functional blend of commercial establishments, services, events, and temporary activities, contributing to neighborhood and city rejuvenation. The neighborhood will feature over 300 tall trees, creating a green sanctuary that absorbs CO2 emissions and mitigates the urban heat island effect. Additionally, the LOC project adheres to LEED and GBC Quartieri standards to optimize energy efficiency throughout the complex's life cycle. Key features of the development include 1.20 kilometers of cycle paths, 3,900 square meters of public green areas, and 94 square meters of solar panels.
