There will be 800 square meters of internal and external hot water pools that can accommodate up to 600 people at the same time and a new 8,000 square meters urban park with saunas, swimming pools, and relaxation areas. The spa center will preserve the Liberty style of the Stables with minor adjustments, featuring a spacious green amphitheater area housing hot and cold-water pools, saunas, and a sensory garden. Inside, amenities will include tubs, hammams, hydromassages, a beauty and relaxation area, and two dining areas. The ground floor will host one dining area while a more atmospheric restaurant will be situated on the first floor, offering locally sourced ingredients and a seasonal vegetable corner. Additionally, the second floor will accommodate meeting rooms for neighborhood associations and technical facilities. The goal is to create a sanctuary within the city, providing emotional and sensory well-being for visitors.
