The project sets a new standard for environmental sustainability and energy efficiency by implementing cutting-edge sustainable construction practices, achieving Nearly Zero Energy Consumption Building standards. This results in a significant reduction of energy requirements, with a 75% decrease compared to recent office towers in Milan. Over 65% of the building's annual energy needs are covered by renewable sources, leading to an annual CO2 reduction of 2,260 tons, equivalent to the CO2 absorption of approximately 4,500 trees. Integrated within the facade and covering are 3,000 photovoltaic panels, generating enough energy to accommodate the needs of 306 residences. It stands approximately 120 meters tall and can accommodate up to 2,700 people in its offices. The base of the building includes amenities such as over 350 car parking spaces, technical areas, and storage facilities, along with a spacious triple-height entrance lobby, a versatile polyfunctional floor, and an extensive terrace. The building's facade design features a continuous curtain wall system with full-height floor-to-ceiling glazing in the office space, providing flexibility in interior space composition. The Podium design incorporates a stick curtain wall with steel frames, while the lobby design utilizes a facade with point fixing supports. Opaque walls of the Podium are stone cladded. This facade geometry ensures complete flexibility in interior space design, accommodating areas of various sizes based on tenants' needs. Furthermore, the building incorporates a rainwater collection system to irrigate its green areas, enhancing its sustainable features .
