The development reimagines the courtyard house typology of the Lombard tradition, featuring a spiral progression that utilizes varying heights to incorporate green terraces. This design aims to maximize the utilization of open spaces, both public and private, while enhancing the connection with the surrounding natural environment. Bosconavigli is distinguished by its integration of 170 trees, spanning 60 different species, alongside shrubs and climbing plants, integrated throughout the façades, roofs, balconies, and loggias. Additionally, the project is central to a network of green spaces and public pathways, including a 3500-square-meter park for condominium use and the redevelopment of a public area exceeding 7,800 square meters, alongside the future Linear Park along the decommissioned railway route. Special consideration is given to preserving a large solitary elm tree, a historical symbol of the area, around which the building's volume is designed. On the ground floor and a portion of the second floor, public amenities such as a double-height restaurant and a wellness facility with a swimming pool, gym, and sauna are situated for convenient access. Each of the apartments features expansive outdoor spaces conceived as extensions of indoor areas. These spaces, including loggias and terraces, enhance living quality and are integral to the elevation design, oriented to maximize sunlight and minimize noise pollution.
