The new office building, spanning 20,000 square meters, introduces a modern workplace concept tailored to user requirements. Comprising two sections, the first section spans four floors, with upper levels facing Via Orobia and featuring a suspended garden. The second section, nine floors high, accommodates spacious offices and ground-floor commercial areas. The rooftop garden, situated atop the smaller section, provides a unique space for leisure or physical activities. Building D incorporates diverse functions to address evolving work demands. Its adaptable layout facilitates digital access, adopting interpersonal interaction through communal areas and spaces dedicated to collaborative work, as well as facilitating seamless communication with remote workers. With a focus on social sustainability, Building D establishes direct connections with neighboring structures and public green areas. Its completion marks a significant step in establishing an urban model for a pedestrian-friendly city as part of the Sharing Cities initiative, a European project aimed at fostering environmentally sustainable and livable urban environments.
