Chiara Cantono Architect, graduated with honors at Politecnico di Milano in 1989.

From 1989 - 1999 she collaborates with renowned companies in Italy, Switzerland and United States. After these inspiring experiences she focus her project activities on new space conceptions and new generation materials and technologies, with high functional performances, environmentally friendly applications and sensory implementation.
Her projects received important awards and recognition in Italy and abroad and they have been presented in numerous exhibitions and magazines publications.

In 1999 She founds WT Studio architectural and interior design studio in Milan, of which she is CEO and Architect Director.

In 2001 she created two technological innovation awards coordinated in collaboration, first with the Province of Milan, then with the Metropolitan City of Milan, with the aim to promote and disseminate a policy of sustainable development. WTAward design innovation prize, and WTSmartCityAward sustainable urban design prize, which in nineteen editions and more than twenty years activity has acquired increasing prestige and international relevance.

Since 2004  she lead the WT Studio team to work actively in relevant projects, participating in numerous commitments, competitions, events and conferences in Italy and abroad. Her projects make use of alternative energy systems and eco-friendly materials, but also offers the latest generation intelligent, interactive, sensory technologies. In her projects she mix technological innovation with elegant clean lines, fine materials, iconography of the natural world, becoming the bearer of the values of made in Italy design.
