Solar electric bike with the solar panels is made for everyday use with its zero carbon footprint system, and it is constructed for unisex use. Activating the solar charging requires no action on the part of the user. The energy gained and current battery level is shown on a display. If the solar power is insufficient, it can be easily connected to a conventional power source. It is charging not only with direct sunlight but also passive light. It is charging while riding and also when it is not in use. It is also build of carbon handlebar with integrated display, carbon mud guard and automatic gear hub. Moreover, the shifting is noiseless and automatic, and the sensitive clutch makes for gentle acceleration.
