System with adaptable sensors is designed to help patients adhere to physical therapy exercises at home. It helps build habits for patients, increase confidence by sharing metrics about exercise quality and motivating them at every step. It has both physical and digital components. Physical component is in a form of two sensors which are attached to exercise bands. The bands are strapped/stuck on the area patient is exercising. The sensors use Inertia Measurement Units (IMU's) to detect their relative position, angle and speed in space and based on the data gathered they are able to figure out patient's exercise progress. The digital component is an accompanying app, which received all the data from the sensors and compiled them into neat and organized manner for both patients and the physio therapist to understand easily.
